既に本サービスを郵送・FAXでお申込みいただいている場合は、こちらのページでお申込みされると追加契約になり、追加分の料金が発生しますのでご注意ください。
When you have already applied for this service by mail or fax, please do not reapply that service from this site. Otherwise, you could be charged for an additional service in consequence.
接続プランの変更をお申込みいただいている方で、ODN ADSLプランへ変更される方、もしくはJ-DSLパーソナルプランをご利用中の方が、ご移転手続きを取られている場合は、本サービスのお申込みができない場合がございますので、ご了承ください。
Please notice that we have some cases not to accept your application when you are the person as following.
-You are the customer who is making change to ODN ADSL plan.
-You are J-DSL user, and are on the process of moving to another place.
